Terms of Use
Last updated: July 2026
1. The service
Financials.page publishes financial data for SEC-reporting companies — as a website, a REST API, and an MCP server. By using any of these you accept these terms. The service is provided free of charge.
2. Data sources and accuracy
Financial figures are extracted from public regulatory filings (10-K, 10-Q, 20-F, 40-F and related forms) as submitted by the companies themselves. Some figures are derived by us — for example fourth-quarter values (annual figure less the three reported quarters), stock-split adjustments, and identity fallbacks such as liabilities computed as assets minus equity. Data is refreshed on a daily cadence and may lag the most recent filings.
Everything is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Extraction from structured filings is imperfect by nature; errors, gaps, and misclassifications can occur. Always verify figures against the official filings before relying on them.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, nor a recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy or sell any security. The content is impersonal, general-purpose information. Investment decisions are yours alone; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
4. No affiliation
Financials.page is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or by any company whose data appears on this site.
5. Trademarks and logos
All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, and brand names used on this site are the property of their respective owners. The use of these logos is for identification and illustrative purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the respective owners. If you own a mark shown here and want it removed, contact us and we will comply promptly.
Company logos are served by Elbstream and unavatar.
6. API and MCP usage
The REST API and MCP server are offered free for reasonable use, with no guarantee of availability, stability, or continued operation. We may rate-limit, change, or discontinue them at any time. Automated access must be reasonable in volume; abusive traffic may be blocked. Data obtained through the API is subject to the same accuracy disclaimers as the website.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Financials.page and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including investment losses — arising from the use of, or inability to use, this service or its data.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always available at this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
